Nestled on the edge of the traditional mountain village of Lysos, Villa Konstantinos is a peaceful detached 3-bedroom holiday rental offering plenty of indoor and outdoor space with its own private swimming pool, sea and mountain views, air conditioning and WiFi. There is an open plan living and dining room with TV with HDMI connection for laptops, a DVD player and free WiFi. There is also a separate toilet off the living room. The kitchen features: full oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and grill. The first floor has two bedrooms, family bathroom and a large terrace perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink and watching the set on the surrounding hilltops.
Outside there is a large sun terrace with a patio table set and motorised rotisserie barbecue. The landscaped garden is in a peaceful location and offers a private 8m x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps, sun beds and a lockable gate for the safety of young children. The ground floor bedroom has twin beds, air-con and en-suite wet room and toilet. Upstairs are double and twin bedrooms with ceiling fans and a large family bathroom.
Outside there are two sun terraces perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink or dinner whilst watching the sun set on the surrounding hilltops. Fantastic facility. Great location if you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle (a necessary car in everyday life). The house is situated on a hill with a beautiful view in a quiet and lazy village. Green and quiet neighborhood. Good access to shops and attractions. The facility is fully equipped, clean and comfortable swimming pool. Great communication with the owner. I definitely recommend it!.

L’emplacement est parfait, près de la Vallée des Cèdres et pas trop éloigné des grands axes pour rejoindre Paphos ou Polis. La piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir et la maison dispose de tout le confort pour un séjour très agréable. L’environnement est très calme et la vue magnifique.

The perfect location for a peaceful stay with magnificent views over the valley down to the sea.
Graham’s villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate 6 people. Only a few hundred metres to the village, where you will find a taverna, and a convenience store where Maro welcomes you with a smile.
The pool area is secluded and overlooks the fields and the olive groves. On the first floor, there is an extremely spacious terrace enhancing the views to the sea. A perfect spot for sundowners.

Spacious villa with great views
Really enjoyed the pool area and tranquility. Some modernisation required within the villa, which the owner is addressing.
