Traditional mountain village location
Located in the foothills of the Paphos forest and elevated above the humidity line, Villa Konstantinos is just a short walk to the centre of Lysos where you can experience traditional Cypriot village life.

The 950sq.m. landscaped plot is in a peaceful location and offers panoramic views of the sea and mountains. It even has its own boules pitch!

Private swimming pool
Relax and unwind by the 8m x 4m fully maintained private swimming pool. The shallow end is 1m deep and has Roman steps. The deep end is approximately 2.4m.

The paved sun bathing area around the pool has 4 sun beds, a swinging hammock and parasols. The pool area is surrounded by a hedge and there is also a lockable gate for the safety of young children.

Ideal for groups or large families
At 240 sq.m the villa offers plenty of living space and is ideal for large families or groups of between 6-9 people.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The living room, equipped with air conditioning, has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and Hi-Fi with CD player and radio. There is also a computer with a guest account. Broadband and WiFi is available for 18 Euros per week.

Relax and enjoy the views
Outside is a large sun terrace perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink or dinner whilst watching the sun set on the surrounding hilltops.

The beautiful landscaped garden also offers a lemon tree and colourful fragrant flowers, which attracts a variety of interesting wildlife.

Fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and offers additional dining space. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the utility area.

Guests are also welcome to use the traditional brick built barbecue or modern gas bbq for cooking outside.

Sleeps 6 - 9 people
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds with ensuite wet room and toilet, which would suit elderly or infirm guests. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed with views of the mountains. The second bedroom has twin beds with views of the swimming pool and sea. Both bedrooms are fitted with large ceiling fans.

A double bed settee in the lounge provides additional sleeping accommodation and a single metal folding bed can be added to the second bedroom on request.

Stunning views
The first floor gallery landing leads onto a balcony sun terrace where you can enjoy further views of the Mediterranean sea and mountains.
